We are so excited to announce the details for this years Winter Reveal!

Our Winter Reveal is an informal concert that allows parents, grandparents and friends to see what your children have learnt in class throughout the first half of the year. Winter Reveal is a highlight of the year and so much fun!

On this site you will find the concert breakdowns; show times, arrival times and everything you need to know. If you have any questions at all, please reach out to the team!

WHEN

Sunday 14th December 2025

Please see the show orders to see which show/s your dancer is performing in.

LOCATION

Our Winter Reveal will be held at NEX - West's Leagues Club Newcastle.

UNIFORM

All students are required to wear full SBDS Dance and Cheer uniform to perform in as well as the correct footwear. This includes:

BALLET - Leotard/Ballet Skirt (optional)/ Ballet Stockings/ Pink Ballet Shoes

ALL OTHER STYLES - Any of the SBDS Dance and Cheer uniform options.

JAZZ - Jazz Shoes (any colour), TAP - Tap Shoes (any colour), LYRICAL - Jazz shoes or bare feet, HIP HOP - Joggers, ACRO - bare feet, CHEER/TUMBLE - Joggers

Please note: The venue can get quite cold inside. Dancers may wish to wear something warm over their uniform that they can take off quickly and easily like a jumper etc.

Make sure you don't leave any uniform purchases until the last minute as our uniform does sell out very fast!

GROOMING

Hair is to be in a middle part low bun. There is no need for makeup as there are no stage lights.

Please also make sure shoes and uniforms are clean and looking presentable.

If you are unsure of your dancers class names please reach out to your child's teacher via Band App.

NOTE: these are not a final running order. They are just a list of classes in each show and arrival times. Final running orders will be confirmed closer to the concert.

***If your child is unable to attend the concert – please let us know ASAP so teachers can be notified.***

If you aren't already, please make sure you are on Band App. Teachers will be posting class updates and videos of routines along with the music for your dancer to practice in the lead up to Winter Reveal. To find your child's class band please head over to our Student Hub - click on the Communications Tab and you will find the class links here. Please reach out if you need any asssitance.

Tickets go on sale Monday 16th June 2025 and can be purchased by clicking the button at the top of this page.

TICKETING INFORMATION

Adults $20

School Aged Child* $10

Unlimited show (All Day Pass) - Adults $45, School Aged Child* $25

*** Parents that have one of their children performing in one show and their other child performing in another will receive 2 free tickets to the 2nd show - please contact reception or email [email protected] for these***

*** Parents that have one child performing in 2 shows - for example a pre-school student that attends on 2 different days - you will receive 2 free tickets to the 2nd show - please contact reception or email [email protected] for these ***

* Children who are not yet at school do not require a ticket if they will not be occupying a seat and will sit on a parents lap.

Note: Tickets are general admission, there is no allocated seating or limits on number of tickets you can purchase.
